- Your order will be delivered to the address you specify (in Poland) by courier chosen when ordering the company.- Shipments are delivered on all business days within 24 hours of shipment.- You can monitor the delivery status of your order by clicking on the waybill number, which you will receive in the e-mail confirming the shipment of the order from the warehouse. You can use the order monitoring system on the day of shipment after 22:00.- The courier will make 2 attempts to deliver the order. For your convenience, if you are not at the address during the delivery attempt, the parcel can be sent to a nearby courier's pickup point. To pick up your order from the courier's pickup point, you must show a valid and official ID.
- The time during which the courier will try to deliver the order to the address you specify is 1 day.- The courier will make up to 2 delivery attempts.- You have 7 days to pick up the order from the courier's pickup point. After this time, the order will be returned to the Lilly Collection warehouse.- The courier delivers orders on business days, from Monday to Friday.
